Welcome to the sample campaign database management web site. The data contained on this site would consist of the data that you purchase for your campaign. Your site would have its own domain name such as "yourcampaign.floridavoterfile.com" and would be password protected.  For purposes of this sample, we are using Baker County as the voter database.  Feel free to make changes to the data and familiarize yourself with the site.  You can view voter records, edit voter records and print reports. Custom designed reports can be easily added.  For quick instructions about how to interact with this site, please click on the "Info" button above.

Thank you.

Online Database Management Pricing
$5000 flat fee. Designed for the larger campaigns with lots of volunteers out in the field.  This service includes initial development and set-up of your online accessible database management website.  Mobile phone accessibility (WAP) and database updating is included.  Volunteers in the field can access voters records via web enabled cell phones, update the data in real-time.  At the campaign office you can view updates immediately and print daily reports based on collected field data such as "will put sign in yard", "will contribute", "amount contributed", "will volunteer" and any additional fields you would like to create. Server side database maintenance and management included through the General Election (tech support, database backups, database downloads to your campaign headquarters).
