Online Database Management

$5000 flat fee for House, Senate and Congressional campaigns.  Presidential campaigns and other political organizations which require access to the entire Statewide file, please contact us for pricing.  The price for database management includes the voter data for your district.  This service is designed for larger campaigns with plenty of volunteers out in the field.  Included is initial development and set-up of your online accessible database management website.  Mobile phone accessibility (WAP) and database updating is also included through the end of the General Election.

Volunteers in the field can access voter records via web enabled cell phones and update the data in real-time.  Of course, you can always use the traditional method of printing walk list reports, collecting data in the field and then entering the data back at the office.

At the campaign office you can view updates immediately and print daily reports based on collected field data such as "will put sign in yard", "will contribute", "amount contributed", "will volunteer" and any additional fields you would like to create. Server side database maintenance and management included through the General Election (tech support, database backups, database downloads to your campaign headquarters).
